Back in business

My reader will have noted that I took an unusually extended break from blogging. I was teaching a field study class in Prague (with a week's stay in Poland), between Hampshire graduation in late May and late June.

It would have been appealing to try to blog from the road, but that proved impractical on most occasions as we were going full-out all day, and often well into the night, as well. Instead, I confined myself to reporting in what in an earlier era would have been called more "telegraphic form" from the twittersphere.

Now that I'm settled in again, reports on doings far and near should follow in short order.
